River Cities Wireless will accept returns of unopened, unactivated and unused items with 7 days of receipt. Restocking fee of 20% may apply for non defective items. Shipping fee is non refundable. Actual cost of original shipping will be deducted from refund on items that received free shipping. Phones that include a manufacturer warranty will apply after the River Cities Wireless 7 day guarantee.
